Last month, our friend Kathleen donated two truly wonderful guitars to our organization, with one simple hope: that they’ll find their way into someone’s home—and into someone’s hands—in the new year.
On the right is a Starcaster, an electric guitar with a beautiful finish and that classic feel that makes you want to plug in and play. On the left is an electric-acoustic guitar, complete with onboard pickups and electronics, which means it’s ready for everything from quiet practice at home to plugging in for a performance or jam session.
Either guitar would make an incredible addition for someone who’s been wanting to learn, get back into playing, or take the next step in their musical journey. And thanks to the legendary Frank McDermott, at Blue Eagle Music, both instruments received the full treatment—fresh strings, a complete tune-up, and all the care they need to be ready for their next player.
