Both Elena and Mary come from Mrs. Gagliano’s Athens High School Art Class and both were awarded two small scholarships to attend college in the fall to pursue their love of the arts.
Therefore, my academic and career goals will intertwine with my passion for the arts and the conservation of the environment. My ultimate educational goal is to become an advocate through the art of scientific illustration.
We wish both these kids much luck this fall, we’re lucky to have such bright young stars in our community!
I hope to be a counselor, helping several patients process their emotions and experiences through the arts. Ideally, I would also be producing and selling my own artworks in the form of a small business, and participating the artistic community of my area.
